On October 3, 2023, Fortnite and Epic Games released a minor update, v26.20, introducing the new weapon, the Tactical DMR, and two new Reality Augments, Shrub Mud and Ninja Training. Unfortunately, these new Reality Augments won’t help make the Tactical DMR unstoppable.

However, you should find out what the best graphics settings are so you don’t miss a shot! Although the Tactical DMR is a powerful weapon by itself, using these Augments can change the way you play. So, follow this guide to find out how to make the new Fortnite weapon unstoppable with these perks.

The Tactical DMR is unstoppable with these perks

In the latest Fortnite content update on October 3, 2023, they released the new scoped weapon, the Tactical DMR, along with two new Reality Augments. The Tactical DMR weapon has high Damage; however, with the use of perks, it can be unstoppable in Fortnite. This marksman rifle comes in various rarities, from Common to Legendary.

There are four Reality Augments you can use as perks to give the Tactical DMR unstoppable:

• Bloodhound: Enemies that are hit by your Marksman Rifle or Bow shots are marked for a brief duration.
• Marksman Headshots: Marksman rifle Headshots will deal increased Damage
• Steady Hands: Any Marksman Rifle will have a reduced recoil
• Scoped Salvo: Scoped weapons will deal increased Damage but have a decreased fire rate

The Reality Augments mentioned above will assist the Tactical DMR by increasing its Damage, reducing recoil, or aiding you in battle. This variant has a high damage rate if you obtain the Legendary Tactical DMR. However, these perks can easily increase your weapon damage with the Scoped Salvo or Marksman Headshot.

In addition to obtaining the Legendary Tactical DMR, once you have paired up with these perks, it will be able to eliminate a player with ease in a few shots. Thankfully, this weapon has an adjustable scope but has a slow fire rate. However, with the Bloodhound Augment, you can find your target in no time!
