Kaeya is a 4-Star Cryo character with a Sword; he can also act as your main DPS player in Genshin Impact. A DPS build will focus on dealing damage through Kaeya’s Elemental Burst and Skill. As a result, it will be best to prioritize his Normal Attack, then Elemental Skill, and finally, his Elemental Burst. 

The best weapons for Kaeya in Genshin Impact 

As a main DPS, you will want to focus on weapons enhancing Kaeya’s Cryo DMG. The best weapon for this build is the Mistsplitter Reforged, which will increase Kaeya’s CRIT Rate. 

• Mistsplitter Reforged: Gains a 12% Elemental DMG bonus and receive the might of the Mistsplitter’s Emblem. At stack levels 1/2/3, Mistsplitter’s Emblem provides an 8/16/28% Elemental DMG bonus for the character’s elemental type. Additionally, the character will obtain 1 stack of Mistsplitter’s Emblem in each of the following: Normal Attack deals Elemental DMG (stack lasts 5sec), casting Elemental Burst (stack lasts 10sec); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full).
