House Flipper – How to Unlock All Tools

Without unlocking all tools in House Flipper, you won't be able to complete most.

The goal of House Flipper is to buy and renovate properties before selling them at a profit.

But you can’t renovate without the necessary tools.

You’ll have go through all the starter missions to unlock them if you want to experience the game to its fullest.

Here’s a rundown of all the missions you need to complete to unlock all the House Flipper tools.

House Flipper: Broom Tool and Tablet – Sara Lewis’ Quest

To unlock the broom tool, you have to get a job from Sara Lewis.

She informs you that her ex-boyfriend stole her radiator from the house. Complete the quest and you’ll get access to the broom tool which can be upgraded to a mop.

You need to get at least 70% completion for the job to be marked as done and get broom tool. Once you return to your base, you’ll also get access to the tablet to buy goods.

Paint Roller and Scanner – Amanda Smith’s Quest

When you take on the “Amaranth Walls” quest from Amanda Smith, you receive the paint roller and the scanner upon completion.

You can use the scanner to sell all excess and unused items for a bit of cash. Players are not allowed to sell a client’s belongings.

House Flipper: Demolition, Building and Sledgehammer Tools – Thomas Johnson’s Quest

You need to complete Thomas Johnson’s “Additional Walls” quest.

Completing the quest rewards you with the ability to build walls and lintels and grants you the demolition ability. You’ll also find the sledgehammer tool unlocked in your tool menu once you complete the quest.

Tilting and Paneling Tool – Eric Camel’s Quest

The tilting and paneling tool is the final unlock in the game.

Once you complete the “Necessary Extra Bathroom” quest, you’ll gain access to the tool. It’s possible to obtain the tool from other missions as well, but we recommend completing Eric’s quest as it’s faster.

These four quests unlock all the tools, but you’ll keep unlocking new features for your tools as you progress through the game.
