Resident Evil 4 Remake has a bunch of puzzles for you to complete as you make your way through the horrific village. These puzzles block you from accessing areas of the game and can sometimes be a real annoyance to complete. One of the earlier puzzles in the game is the church light puzzle. This one requires you to rotate dials to make the light shine properly throughout the church. Do it correctly and you will be one step closer to rescuing Ashley. Here is how you solve the church light puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Church light puzzle solution in Resident Evil 4 Remake
During chapter four of the game, you will be tasked with getting into the church to rescue Ashley. After surviving the horrors of the lake, you will have the key required to open the church. Head to the church and use the key to gain access. Once inside, head to the back right corner of the room. You will find a cabinet. Open it to find the Blue Dial. This will be needed to complete the puzzle.
Go to the podium in front of the stained glass at the back of the church and look to the left. Pull the level on the wall to open the podium and reveal two dials. Place the Blue Dial on the podium. With this, you will now be able to manipulate the different stained glass pieces to solve the puzzle. The Blue Dial will rotate the blue glass, the Red Dial will rotate the red glass, and the Green Dial will rotate the green glass.

Rotate the different dials to make the glass match up with the church symbol in the center. The green glass will line up with the central portion of the symbol. Meanwhile, the red and blue glass pieces will line up with the long part of the symbol leading down. When all the pieces are lined up correctly, the door will open. Head up the ladder and open the door to find Ashley waiting for you. Be prepared, more threats lie ahead like the savage mutt.
