Starfield still has no official release date, however, the upcoming action role-playing title is coming in 2024.
Developed by Bethesda Game Studios, this RPG will be set in space, featuring some gameplay elements common to Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls titles.
Starfield has the potential to be the game of the year when you look at its scope, with new mechanics, 1000 planets to visit, and much, much more.

Is Starfield cross platform?
Starfield is, sort of, cross platform but not by much.
Starfield is set to release on Xbox Series X/S through Game Pass and will also be available on PC and Cloud.
We are unsure what Cloud gaming platforms this includes at the moment.
Will Starfield ever come to PS5 & PS4?
Unfortunately, it looks as though Starfield will never come to PlayStation.
Xbox and Bethesda stated this but it needn’t have always been this way.
Starfield was potentially aiming for cross platform single player adventures, however after Xbox acquired Bethesda, the water began to muddy.
While we have no idea whether or not Starfield will live up to its mountainous hype, it’s a shame to see such a title unavailable to the masses.
Still, gotta sell console units I suppose.
Is Starfield crossplay?
No, Starfield is a single-player game and as it stands will remain that way.
If there were some future updates introducing multiplayer, then crossplay support would potentially be something the developers would consider as we have seen with Xbox/Windows exclusives before.
