However, to do these things, fans must know how to hire and train their bright-eyed recruits and prepare for battle. How to Train Militia in Jagged Alliance 3

Jagged Alliance 3 is about defending your territory against enemy troops. However, to do this, you must train the local Militia. Thankfully, there is an easy way to train your selected recruits using the best mercenaries you have in your arsenal. To train Militia in Jagged Alliance 3, you must select Operations. 

  1. First, click on the World Map and select a Settlement.
  2. Now, select Operations in the right bottom corner of the screen
  3. You can now choose Militia Training
  4. Afterward, you must select a Mercenary trainer with loyalty and high leadership skills.
  5. Training your recruits will cost Money, so ensure you have an adequate amount. 
  6. Once you select your Merc, click Start to train your Militia for his next mission.

How to Hire Militia in Jagged Alliance 3

The process of training the Militia is the same as hiring Militia in Jagged Alliance 3. All you need to do is follow the steps above to recruit Militia. Training the local Militia in combat will help you defend your stronghold against any hostile base in the vicinity of your settlement.
