Backtracking to planets you have already been to is pivotal in Jedi Survivor. No area will you want to go back to more than Coruscant. Since it is the start of the game, you will make it through Coruscant without any abilities to open side doors and areas, so you will leave a lot of loot behind. Let’s go over how to go back to Coruscant in Jedi Survivor.

How To Go Back To Coruscant

Although many players are still stuck on Coruscant due to the need for a patch to progress, many that have already left are looking for a way back. You won’t be able to go back to Coruscant until you complete the Jedha Pilgrim’s Sanctuary.

Once you complete that campaign area, you will unlock the world map which will let you re-visit any planet you have already been to as long as you can get into the Mantis. Now with the ability to fast travel around maps, you can freely explore to your heart’s content.

The main stipulation with the world map is that you need to be inside the Mantis to use it. There are many points in the game that you are purposely locked out of the Mantis until you complete the mission you are on. This can prevent you from going back to previous areas and grinding up.

While this may seem a bit late to unlock the ability to revisit maps, you won’t really want to go back to previous areas until this point in the game anyway. As you won’t have the ability to get through the green barriers that block off most secrets until that point.

You will also be able to revisit other areas outside of Coruscant after you unlock the world map. This means you can go back to Koboh and fight the Rancor if you passed up on that fight the first time around.
