Payday 3 – How to flip the right switches
The first step to flipping the correct switch is to get the correct color switch from the power room. This can be either upstairs or on the roof and is marked by a red keycard reader. To access the room you need to get the correct keycard from a guard. You do not need the Blue Keycard for this step.
Along with getting the keycard, you need to turn off the power to the gate. You can snag a keycard from the guards on either the first floor or second floor of the bank. Be careful as you navigate the stairwell. Once you have a keycard, open the power room and interact with the computer.
Interacting with the computer will reveal the colored switch you need to flip on the small screen. Now that you have the correct color, head over to the switchbox and flip the correct switch for the security room.
With that taken care of, you can now continue with the heist. Just be sure to avoid the security cameras and hack everything required so you can access the vault and steal the loot.
