Pokémon Legends: Arceus Requests are available by speaking with a range of NPCs around Hisui. Taking on all Requests isn’t essential to the completion of the latest Pokémon game, but does fill out the gameplay, while also rewarding you with useful items and even some special Pokémon.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus Request Guide – 29, The Search For Bitter Leaves
This Request can be claimed by speaking with Shinon in Jubilife Village. Shinon needs some medicine, and will need your help in order to make it. Once you have spoken to Shinon, Request 29 will appear in your Arc Phone.
Getting the recipe
The first stage will be to obtain the medicine recipe from Anise of the Galaxy Team Medical Corps. You will need to go and speak to Anise in her house, which will be marked with a waypoint on your map and main screen once you’ve completed the dialogue with Shinon.
Anise will advise you that you need three leaves to make Shinon’s recipe, which you can find in the Crimson Mirelands.
Finding the “ingredients”
The leaves in question are actually referring to the Pokémon Petilil, and the three leaves on its head. As such, you will need to locate and catch a Petilil and take it back to Anise. The location will be marked on your map, so will be easy to find, but Petilil are found in Cottonsedge Prairie to the East of the Crimson Mirelands. You will need a rideable mount Pokémon and to have unlocked the area, which is why this Request can only be started a few hours into the game.
There is no specific Petilil you need to catch in order to complete Request 29, so catch any you can, and head back to Anise in Jubilife Village.
Reaping your rewards
Once you return the Petitlil to Anise, it will give her some of its leaves, and Shinon will reappear to collect her medicine. For completing the Pokémon Legends: Arceus Request 19 – The Search for Bitter Leaves, you will receive a reward of three Fine Remedies and five Hoppo Berries… as well as any additional Petilil you’ve caught for yourself!
