In one of the first puzzles in Lost in Play, you have to wake up your brother.

We’ll show you all the steps needed to complete the puzzle.

Wake Your Brother in Lost in Play

In the second episode of Lost in Play, you play as the sister. You wake up and see that your brother is still sleeping. You need to wake him up.

First, open the curtains to the room and let some light in.

Then, collect three items to repair the clock and set the alarm off.

Press the action button on the clock to get a hint about what you’ll need. The items you’re looking for are: a screwdriver, a battery, and a key to wind up the alarm clock.

Where to Find the Wind-Up Key?

The key to the alarm clock is in the bottom cupboard on the right.

When you do open it, a weird cat-o-car drives around. Press the action button for the second time and close the doors to the cupboard quickly.

Then the toy will bop onto the wooden door and break. You can now pick up the wind-up key.

Where to Find the Screwdriver?

The screwdriver is on the top shelf next to some toys and books.

To pick it up, climb up there. Use the box located under your brother’s bed.

Climb up and safely pick up the screwdriver. It’s stuck, so you’ll have a hard time pulling it out.

You’ll start hovering from the giant bird toy on the ceiling. Don’t worry, nothing bad happens here.

Where to Find the Battery?

Last but not least, you need to find the battery. To do this, play around with the lamp.

It’s on the bottom shelf of the cabinet. Press an action button and pick it up.

Aim the light beam under the sister’s bed to reveal a cat cleaning itself. Scared and ashamed, it runs away, knowing the robot from under the bed into the middle of the room.

Pick up the robot. Press the action button and shake the robot. A battery pops out.

Now you’ll have all three items needed to repair the alarm clock. They combine automatically your inventory into one slot.

Lost in Play Alarm Clock Puzzle Solution

Items in hand, time for the alarm clock puzzle.

First, open the clock by using the screwdriver you found earlier.

Press the action button on the three screws to unscrew the back of the clock.

Then you’ll see a place to put in the battery.

Rotate the battery by pressing the R button on Nintendo Switch. Then, place it into position.

There are minus and plus signs to suggest how it should be placed.

Set all the golden cogs in the right order to connect the silver cogs on the outside.

It’s a bit tricky and there are multiple solutions to that puzzle. We’ll share with you the one that worked in our case.

Solution: Up, Right, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Right, Right.

This combination should put all the cogs in place so the alarm clock is fixed.

Wake Up Your Brother in Lost in Play

Open your inventory by pressing X on Nintendo Switch. Select the alarm clock and use it to wake up your sleeping brother.

Now your brother will get up and put his hoodie on, completing the second Episode of Lost in Play.
