Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.45

Patch 6.45 brings a variety of new content and changes to Final Fantasy XIV. The most notable additions are the newly added Variant Dungeons and Criterion Dungeons.

Variant Dungeons allow players to freely change to any job or class who has reached level 90. Criterion Dungeons are now more challenging and require four players. The Echo has also been increased in Pandaemonium: Abyssos, making it easier for players to clear this difficult raid.

In addition to these new challenges, Patch 6.45 also adds new items, recipes, and gathering points. Players can now enhance their splendorous tools through the reduction in the number of collectibles. Additionally, there are new minions, fashion accessories, and achievements to be earned. Garlemald and Elpis have also been removed, making it easier for players to explore these areas.

Patch 6.45 also includes a number of bug fixes and other changes, like:

  • An issue where the bar indicating that a status effect would be removed and Esuna would disappear when targeting a party member.
  • A bug in the island sanctuary kept players from receiving earnings from the sale of handicrafts at the workshop.
  • An issue in the sidequest Not from Around Here where the incorrect BGM will play after certain cutscenes end.
