With three days left until a new Fortnite season, Epic Games has released several teasers for it. Surprisingly, the season hasn’t been leaked yet. However, the game developers have decided to take things into their own hands and tease the upcoming content.
Epic has revealed several major changes coming to the game in Season 4. From map changes to a new Battle Pass, Fortnite players have a lot of new content to look forward to. The latest teaser shows a new item that is coming to the game, a deployable turret.

Deployable turrets are coming to Fortnite with the next season
Epic Games is no stranger to turrets in Fortnite. Mounted Turret is a trap item that was first released in Season 6. When it first came out, the item was considered overpowered, which is why Epic eventually nerfed it.
According to the latest teaser, deployable turrets are coming to Fortnite Chapter 4 – Season 4. At the moment, no one knows how exactly these items will work, but there’s a chance that they will also be traps. Furthermore, new Fortnite turrets may be obtained through new Reality Augments.
Epic Games sent this teaser to Newbie Crown, a Korean YouTuber who has over 6 thousand subscribers. Earlier today, the video game developer released a new Battle Pass skin, and the first skin was revealed on Monday.
Considering that this is just a teaser, it’s unlikely that we’ll get more information regarding a deployable turret soon. However, we expect it to be a powerful weapon that will wreak havoc.
Fortnite Season 4 is expected to come out on Friday, August 25. The season will be released at 2 AM Eastern Time and will be available after a few hours of downtime. In the meantime, Epic Games will release a few more teasers.
