The Fortnite x Nike collaboration has brought many amazing items to the video game. Most of the items can be obtained from the Item Shop, but Epic Games has also released a free item that can be easily obtained.
To obtain the item, you simply need to join the Airphoria UEFN map and spend at least 10 minutes on it. The task is very simple, yet many players have wondered why the Nike Air Max cosmetic item hasn’t been added to their lockers.

How to earn Nike Air Max shoes for free in Fortnite
Earning the free Fortnite x Nike back bling is straightforward. However, many players have missed the last step of the guide on how to earn the cosmetic item. While you need to spend at least 10 minutes on the Creative map, you also need to wait for a few days to receive the back bling.
Once you complete the task, you need to wait until June 28 to get the free Nike cosmetic item. However, you also need to complete the task before June 27, meaning that you have less than a week to obtain it.
“All players who play this island for 10 minutes or more will receive the Air Max 1 ’86 Back Bling starting June 28 ET. (It may take some time for you to see the gift box containing it.)”

If you want to obtain the item, you need to join the Airphoria map (2118-5342-7190) and complete the task. You can play the map and complete its quests, but this is not necessary for you to obtain the free Fortnite item. Just to be safe, you should spend at least 12 or more minutes on the map.
The Nike Air Max back bling may be released to the Item Shop at a later date, but this hasn’t been confirmed yet.
