Fortnite players just received a free refund ticket for one skin, here’s how to use it

Fortnite players love having refund tickets in their accounts. They allow them to return cosmetic items to the Item Shop and receive a full refund in V-Bucks. However, lifetime refund tickets are limited and recharge every 365 days.
Fortunately, Epic Games just granted a free refund ticket for one skin. The ticket was granted to selected players with the release of the v25.11 update on Tuesday, June 27. It’s important to note that you have 30 days to use the ticket or it will expire.

Free Fortnite refund ticket can be used for one skin for a limited time
Epic Games collaborated with Nike to bring several amazing cosmetic items to the video game last week. The collaboration between the two companies has been a huge success and has even resulted in a free cosmetic item.
Fortnite players have had a chance to obtain the Nike Airphoria pack, which includes two new skins. However, the Maxxed Out Max skin can be refunded for free. If you’ve purchased the outfit, you will be greeted with a message that notifies you about a free refund ticket.
We noticed some possible issues with this cosmetic. If you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund anytime before 27 Jul 2023 using the in-game flow (no refund token required). Thanks for playing!
Epic Games
Even if you have no lifetime refund tickets left in your account, you will be able to refund the outfit and get your V-Bucks back. However, it’s important to note that the free refund ticket can only be used until July 27. After this period, the skin will be non-refundable.
To get a refund, please follow these steps:
- Open Settings
- Go to the Account and Privacy tab
- Click on Return or Cancel Purchase
- Select the skin and complete the refund process
The process is instant, and as soon as you request a refund, you will receive V-Bucks back, and the skin will be removed from your locker.
