Gamescom 2023 is not over yet but we’ve already seen some fantastic hardware announced throughout. We’re particularly excited about a few things, but we will do our best to list every notable piece of hardware that has been announced at Gamescom 2023.

As Gamescom is not over, this is going to be a live article that will be updated as more bits of hardware are announced. Watch this space for all the latest Gamescom 2023 hardware updates.

What’s been announced at Gamescom 2023?

The real question is, what hasn’t? New TVs, motherboards, software, desks, and much more have been announced by some of the biggest names in PC tech manufacturing, such as ASUS and Corsair. We watched presentations in awe at some of the hardware announced this year at Gamescom 2023, here’s the Gamescom 2023 hardware roundup.

We’ll break up the products into manufacturer categories, to make things a little easier on the eyes.

ASUS

Hardware company ASUS has taken the motherboard industry by storm by releasing a new set of 3 Z790 motherboards for the next generation of Intel Processors.

These new motherboards not only look the part, but they play the part too, with Wifi 7 support, AI overclocking, cooling, and redesigned Q-LED error reporting to make troubleshooting easier. Not only that, but all motherboards come with a re-designed ASUS Q Wifi antenna.

This is also the first time that a more affordable ASUS TUF motherboard has shipped with AI features built in.

ASUS also introduced the ASUS ROG Rapture GT-BE98.

This is an unbelievably stylish router capable of 30,000 Mbps with a dual 6 GHz band. A re-designed heat plate means 18% better heat dissipation this time around.

On the monitor front, ASUS announced a trio of new monitors that should be available in Q4 2023.

included in this list of three new ASUS monitors is the world’s first 4K 32″ QD-OLED monitor, which is quite the feat of achievement if you ask me.

All of the monitors include a blistering 0.03 ms response time, Smart KVM, up to 1300 nits of peak brightness, and fully custom heatsinks, to keep everything nice and cool. If you want to know more, you can head over to our dedicated page on the announcement.

ASUS monitors look the part and they always certainly play the part too. If you’ve never experienced an ASUS monitor before, these three offer a lot to be excited about.

Corsair

Not only has ASUS been innovating, but Corsair has been pushing boundaries of its own during Gamescom 2023 by releasing something we didn’t really see coming, although, in hindsight, the TC100 gaming chair was a bit of a giveaway.

Corsair introduced the Corsair Platform:6 during Gamescom 2023, a stylish, fully modular desk that allows for dual monitor setups. However, no Flex’s unfortunately.

The desk is designed to come in either static or adjustable configurations that allow for electrical operation. Its modular design means you can accessorize as you please, and it comes in a gorgeous wood finish. You’d be the envy of everybody with this desk in your gaming room.

The Platform:6 will be available to purchase around Q4 this year if all goes well.

Philips

Philips has been busy too, manufacturing one of the meanest-looking monitors we have seen from them in a long time. The Philips Evnia 49M2C8900 is on its way. A new 49″ SuperWide QD-OLED display.

You can count on this screen for really good gaming. It’s super smooth with a 240Hz refresh rate, and it reacts really fast with a 0.03ms response time. This makes it great for games that move quickly.

This screen also has a special certification called VESA ClearMR 13000. This means your games won’t look blurry. It even has built-in speakers that sound incredible, especially with DTS Sound, and they’re pretty loud with 30W of power.

You can plug your devices and peripherals into the monitor through a USB-C port, and it can charge with 90W of power. Plus, the colors on this screen look really rich and lifelike.

Samsung

Philips isn’t the only one manufacturing absolute units in the monitor field, it seems Samsung is releasing another iteration of its G9 monitor. Introducing the 57″ Samsung Odyssey Neo G9.

This is an absolutely certified unit, this chonktacular monitor blurs the barrier between fantasy and reality. With it’s 57-inches it can facilitate immersion like no other monitor.

This is the world’s first dual UHD monitor, which means that there are essentially 2 screens within the Odyssey Neo G9 that connect seamlessly to make one 57-inch panel. Did we also mention that the monitor is full 4k, and offers a 1000R curvature to truly wrap around and immerse you?

Get ready to be amazed by the incredible accuracy, clarity, and brightness brought by Quantum Mini-LED and HDR 1000. You’ll also experience victory in any game with the 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and FreeSync Premium Pro.

That’s about all we have to show for now, please check back later as more announcements are added to our Gamescom 2023 hardware roundup.
