There are few games that are as anticipated this year as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is and the last thing that players want to see while logging in for the event is an error code. However, it seems like many players are finding themselves getting kicked out, getting intense lag, or just being unable to join the servers for MW2 or Warzone.

While we feel for the players, this may be a situation that lasts up until the event, but we’ve got details below.

MW3 reveal server errors and issues

As we find out more information on when the reveal starts, its rewards, and everything else we want to know, we’re seeing more and more reports of errors in Call of Duty’s MW2 and Warzone servers. It’s gotten so bad that even CharlieIntel mentioned the issues. The issue is best explained in the tweet embedded below, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II unexpectedly stopped working.

We expect to see issues like this for this kind of launch, as many players want to be in the game and try to experience the reveal event first-hand, but even if you’re in, you’re still not safe. Another user chimed in with a “Was just in a ranked match, completely unplayable for both teams. Server timed out.” which isn’t something you want to see.

Of course, you could avoid playing the game, but what if the server mistakes you as an inactive player and kicks you out anyway? It’s a real question of what to do to enjoy the event. Hopefully Activision sees the issues and will respond with more than an apologetic message.

We’ll have to see for more, but for now, the error codes seem to be coming so be extra careful to check your ping and ensure that you haven’t accidentally been kicked out.
