Valorant 3.10 update introduces the new Agent “Chamber”

Within 24 hours, we’ll be seeing the introduction of the highly anticipated new Agent in Valorant. After the 3.10 Valorant update, Chamber (codename Deadeye) is set to be introduced.
Who is Chamber?
“Well dressed and well armed, French weapons designer Chamber expels aggressors with deadly precision. He leverages his custom arsenal to hold the line and pick off enemies from afar, with a contingency built for every plan.“
A Sentinel who brings his own weapon to the playground. As expected, he’s also got a very nice set of skills which (as with any new character) will likely be nerfed in the next week or so. Make the most of his OP abilities while you can!
- Trademark (basic ability): Places a trap that scans for enemies. When a visible enemy comes in range, the trap counts down and then destabilizes the terrain around them, creating a lingering field that slows players caught inside of it.
- Headhunter (basic ability): ACTIVATE to equip a heavy pistol. ALT FIRE with the pistol equipped to aim down sights.
- Rendezvous (signature ability): PLACE two teleport anchors. While on the ground and in range of an anchor, REACTIVATE to quickly teleport to the other anchor. Anchors can be picked up to be REDEPLOYED.
- Tour de Force (ultimate ability): ACTIVATE to summon a powerful, custom sniper rifle that will kill an enemy with any direct hit. Killing an enemy creates a lingering field that slows players caught inside of it.
New Rank Tournament Mode
This new Valorant 3.10 update doesn’t only include Chamber. In fact, there’s a new rank-specific tournament mode. Where players from each rank can create their own teams and partake in matches. However, it’s also worth noting that these tournaments will require players to verify their phone number to be allowed to play.
This is likely to stop smurfing, and tracking any attempts at making multiple accounts. As well as warding away and possible bots.
