It’s that time of year, the sun sets early and by the time you’re going home from work you’ve barely seen any of it. For a plethora of reasons, we’re all struggling around now. How exactly we all choose to cope with it, that can vary. Some of us might indulge more in our gaming habits, whilst others might even struggle to pick up a game they previously loved. It’s a tricky time as we’re all battling our inner demons.

However, Safe In Our World – a mental health charity that focuses on fostering positive mental health among players, developers, publishers, retailers and all the incredible people who make up the video games industry, have worked to help some out the gamers struggling this post-festive season. Well this February, Safe in Our World and Fanatical are partnering together to work on a gaming bundle. One that’ll include 15 separate titles from names like 505 GamesBlazing GriffinCurve GamesDeep SilverFirespriteMediatonicOutright GamesRipstoneSEGA / Sports InteractiveStarbreezeStorm In A TeacupTHQ Nordic and Wired Productions

Charity Manager of Safe In Our World, Sarah Sorrell spoke out about this partnership: “We are enormously thankful to our Level Up Partners for their contribution to this bundle, the support for Safe In Our World from the videogame industry has been huge.”

At the core of this partnership sits the knowledge that these winter-months can be the hardest for some people who will experience Seasonal Affective Disorder. As such, the games that have been added to this bundle were selected on account of their more ‘hopeful’ and ‘playful’ style. One where you don’t need to worry much about the misery outside of your screen.

This bundle, that would normally be worth over £200 / $250 will be available to purchase on Fanatical on February 4th.
