The Dragonflight update for World of Warcraft has been out since November and aside from an entirely new race to play, with huge wings and the ability to glide and fly, a new release comes patch notes and hotfixes. World of Warcraft are on the ball with their updates, with a constant stream of hotfixes and patches that seem to cover any and all issues as they appear within this legendary game.

Hotfixes – June 14 2023 – WoW

Although there doesn’t seem a lot of patch updates here, its important to note that Blizzard and World of Warcraft, constantly update and patch their games, so large patches are few and far between.

This short update has some quality of life changes to PvP and the Evoker class along with a visibility change in Dungeons and Raids that will make raids a little easier on the eyes when searching for Motes of Oblivion that were previously difficult to see against the ground in these chaotic places.

Classes

  • Evoker
    • Devastation
      • Eternity Surge will no longer fail to deal damage and go on cooldown if your enemy goes out of line of sight after the empower cast is completed.

Dungeons and Raids

  • Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible
    • Scalecommander Sarkareth
      • Motes of Oblivion should be more visible against the ground.

Player versus Player

  • Shaman
    • Enhancement
      • Lava Lash damage is now correctly increased by 35% in PvP Combat.

WoW classic hasn’t been touched in this patch and hotfix update. With the new changes and updates to Evoker we suggest playing around with this newer class as a Dracthyr, if you haven’t already. Spend some time customising your own dragon person, we may already have a few Spyro lookalikes in our character menu and then carry on into Dragonflight and explore the expansion to Azeroth and beyond testing out your new wings and fire breathing powers.
