The Xiaomi 14 Ultra release date has yet to be confirmed by the company, along with the specifications and pricing, however there’s a great deal of rumors and speculation from relatively trusted outlets that can paint us something of a picture, plus making some educated guesses based on the previous generation model. Xiaomi 14 Ultra release date window rumors
According to Gadgets360, a Chinese tipster has said that March is when we can expect to see the Xiaomi 14 Ultra release date land, though it’s unclear whether this will just be for the Chinese market or more globally.

Looking at the previous generation, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra came out in April, with the global release coming in June, around two months later. It may be then that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra global release comes a similar couple of months after the Chinese release.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra specs (rumored)
Specifications for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra have reportedly been leaked on Weibo by Digital Chat Station. The details of this plus other leaks can be seen in the table below. Obviously these aren’t guaranteed to be correct, and don’t cover the full range of specs for the phone, but it’s a decent amount to be starting with.
Note that we’ve added the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage as a minimum because this was the minimum loadout of the preceding model, so we highly doubt it will be lower for the new generation phone.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra price prediction
There’s been no confirmed information on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra price, but we can make an educated guess on the minimum it will cost at the very least by looking at the previous years’ model.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage listed for ¥5,999 in China, so we can expect the latest version to cost the same or more.
