Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II has seen a reveal of gameplay today. The trailer also breaks down the pre-orders for the game, while teasing more information to come.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II Gets Gameplay Trailer

As seen above, the trailer shows several elements from the new game, teasing new mechanics for the series. You’ll be joining Task Force 141 in carrying out several missions in high-risk situations in Iran. As stated by Activision-Blizzard themselves:

Fight alongside Task Force 141 in a globe-trotting single-player campaign, play solo or rally with your team in immersive multiplayer combat, with new locales and ways to play. Experience an evolved special ops game mode featuring tactical co-op gameplay. Additionally look forward to Call Of Duty: Warzone 2.0 releasing this year. Expect a massive calendar of free content post-launch featuring evolving gameplay with new maps, modes, seasonal events, community celebrations and more.”

The game releases on October 28th.

Warzone II Leaks

There’s also been various leaks around both Modern Warfare II and Warzone II with several indicating that we haven’t seen everything yet. According to a report, Warzone II will be a lot closer in terms of gameplay to Call Of Duty: Blackout and will lock loadouts behind missions and objectives, while making players manage their inventory. As indicated earlier in this article, it’s unknown as to when Call Of Duty: Warzone II will launch, and whether items/purchases from the first Warzone will carry over in any way, shape or form.
