When does the current Apex Legends Season end?
The current Apex Legends season, Season 17: Arsenal is set to end on August 7 to make way for Season 18. This is confirmed by Respawn Entertainment on the official website, as well as through the battle pass timer in-game that will end on August 7.
This will allow the new Season 18 to take over, with a new battle pass, new cosmetics, and balance updates to both ranked play and other game modes. The start date for Season 18, however, brings the end date for Season 17 for a full seasonal reset. The Apex Legends season start will begin as soon as the current one ends.
Following the tradition of past seasons like Revelry, Eclipse, Escape, and Wild Frontier, Season 17: Arsenal of Apex Legends brought plenty of content to the game, including:
- The new Legend, Ballistic
- New weapon skins
- New load screens
- New music packs
As well as other rewards after its launch in May.
Each season lasts for approximately three months, give or take a few days, which allows players to rank up in the battle pass placements, check out all the newsletter and Twitter updates, and earn all the cosmetic items before the ending date of each season.
