Are you wondering when you can download Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon? It is no surprise that the game is releasing in late August on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox Series X/S consoles. Fans are excited about the next game being created by Elden Ring and Dark Souls series developer FromSoftware.

There has been no official announcement from Bandai Namco Entertainment or FromSoftware about when the pre-load date will be for Armored Core 6. The best we can do is guess that it will be available about a day before the console releases. This means you should be able to start downloading the game on August 24 though this is just a possible preload date.
PlayStation users and Xbox gamers will know when the preload goes live because it should automatically start downloading as long as you have available space on your system for the game. Since the game’s start time is mostly centered around midnight, being able to download it earlier in the day will be nice.
Armored Core 6 – File Size
Depending on what platform/console you are playing on, you will have a different download size. Here are the download sizes for each platform:
- PlayStation – 55.6 GB
- Xbox Series X/S – 53.58 GB
- PC – 60 GB
