Are you ready for when Baldur’s Gate 3 is released on PS5? Larian Studios has been hard at work to deliver the PlayStation version of the game with little to no issues. Future console launches on the Xbox Series X/S are still a bit up in the air.

Depending on which PS5 edition you purchase, some will even get early access to Baldur’s Gate 3. Others, however, will need to wait for the full release of the game. Baldur’s Gate 3 – PS5 Release Date

The official release date for Baldur’s Gate 3 is September 6, 2023. That is when the game will be made available on the PlayStation. Those who are able can purchase the standard edition and the digital deluxe edition through the PlayStation Store.

Baldur’s Gate 3 was released on PC in early August and has been a welcome addition to the platform. There is no doubt that the PS5 edition of the game will be popular as well.

There was a collector’s edition for the PS5 copy of Baldur’s Gate 3 containing a Mind Flayer and Drow Battle Diorama, custom sticker sheet, metal tadpole keyring, 160-page hardcover art book, dice, and more but that is currently unavailable and may be purchasable in the future.

The PS5 release of Baldur’s Gate 3 will have split-screen co-op along with online multiplayer so you can join a friend. Choose to create your own character or select from a list of Origin Characters. Pre order the game to get the Rivellon pack that contains items from Divinity Original Sin like the Divinity Bard Song Pack.

Those who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will get extra time to play through the first act of the game.
