Do you want to enjoy Baldur’s Gate on Xbox One? The development studio behind Divinity Original Sin, Larian Studios, has created a massive RPG that covers the Dungeons & Dragons world of the Forgotten Realm. The game is coming to multiple platforms and has already been released on PC.
In Baldur’s Gate 3, you will experience all kinds of craziness that only the D&D universe could provide. When the game launches, many will be using the game’s romance mechanic and exploring the game’s many other features.
With the launch of Baldur’s Gate 3 looming in August, there are many who are wondering what console they will be able to play on. The game could be on PlayStation 5. It could even be coming to Xbox Series X/S. Could it also be on Xbox One? Is Baldur’s Gate 3 on Xbox One?
Will Baldur’s Gate 3 come to Xbox One?
The short answer to the question is no. Baldur’s Gate 3 will not be coming to Xbox One. If you are wondering why, there are actually two reasons. For starters, the game is only available on current-gen consoles because they are the only ones strong enough to run it.
Thankfully, there is no platform exclusivity preventing the game from coming to Xbox in general. There is currently no Xbox version of Baldur’s Gate 3 due to technical issues that developer Larian Studios has experienced.
With all of that being said, you won’t be able to play Baldur’s Gate 3 on Xbox One and will instead need to upgrade to one of the newer consoles if you wish to play it. The game has been available on Microsoft Windows PC for a while now and will hit other consoles in August.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much known about when the Xbox port of the game will be released. Thanks to the issues, the game will come out in an indefinite amount of time.
