So looking at the video settings in the game. The choices are quite the bit limited. As the quality options are locked down to just one toggle, and few other options for optimizing your experience. Therefore it’s quite simple to change what settings to use depending on your hardware.

Display is very much to your preference. But using fullscreen at your resolution with VSync off is the default choice to go for. In graphics, it’s good to have FOV high, at least 90° with motion blur turned as low as possible. Here you can also set your HDR if you have it and calibrate the display.

Quality has only one toggle so you can alter it to match your hardware really. But there is also the choice of upscaling in the advanced section. When it comes to graphics settings on Xbox there aren’t that many options to pick from. You’re going to be locked to 30 FPS as well initially and so it’s not gonna look great for a few patches at least. So it’s a very limited selection where you can change the motion blur and FOV only, but camera shake is also recommended to be off.
