There are multiple classes in Diablo 4 that you can make build for such as the barbarian, druid, sorcerer, and necromancer. The Penetrating Shot rogue build is used to take down many vulnerable enemies at once, dealing high damage with your bow.

This build relies heavily on ranged attacks from the rogue’s skill tree. It also relies on the benefits of Lucky Hits and will therefore give you a higher Lucky Hit Chance. Forget the Twisting Blade or Shadow Step, you will be lighting enemies up with arrows.

Skills like Agile and Debilitating Toxins will help increase your survivability by weakening poisoned enemies and increasing your dodge chance. This is combined with the Smoke Grenade ability to make it so enemies ignore you.

Penetrating Shot has an 80% Lucky Hit chance when you have three combo points. Due to this, you will want to combine it with Countering Smoke Grenade, Innervation, and Exposure to get the most out of the Lucky Hit effects.
