To celebrate the release of Dead Island 2 on April 21st, Deep Silver is offering Twitch Drops for three weeks. Viewers can receive exclusive loot, including the Fenrir’s Howl Shotgun, for free by tuning in to participating Twitch channels for at least 20 minutes. So if you’re keen on getting those drops, read down below on how to do so.
How do you claim Dead Island 2 Twitch Drops?
In order to receive Dead Island 2 Drops, you must do the following. Don’t worry, it’s fairly easy to do so!
First you must link your PROS (Prism Ray Online Services) and Twitch accounts. The first step is to sign up for PROS by referring to the FAQ section for more information. To link the accounts, you need to be signed in or create a Twitch account.
Then, navigate to your Profile, followed by Settings, Connections, and Other Connections. Next, click “Connect” next to Prism Ray Online Services. Once this is done, you need to start watching one of the participating streamers to start earning the rewards.
To check the progress of the Drops and Rewards, you can access Twitch’s menu by clicking on your profile. Once you have watched Dead Island 2 with Drops enabled for at least 20 minutes, you can click “Claim” in your Twitch inventory to send the exclusive Fenrir’s Howl Shotgun to the game.
Upon returning to Dead Island 2, you can find your shotgun waiting for them from Dougie, who is located in the Serling Hotel. If you’re having difficulty locating Dougie, his location is marked on the game’s map.

As mentioned above, the Fenrir’s Howl Shotgun will be rewarded to you in-game after completing the Twitch drops for Dead Island 2.
When do Dead Island 2 Twitch Drops expire?
It’s been confirmed by Dambuster Studios themselves that the first edition of the Twitch drops will run for three weeks until 17th May, this is shown on their dedicated Twitch Drops page. That seems like a good amount of time for you zombie slayers to grab a hold of this great-looking gun that features a wolf’s head on the grip.
