Exoprimal does have preorder gifts, which include three exosuit skins as a bonus for preordering:

All three of these cosmetic items are only available as a preorder bonus for preordering either the Exoprimal Deluxe Edition or Standard Edition. All editions of Exoprimal can enjoy the exosuit skins so long as it was preordered.
The preorder exosuit skins are a limited-time bonus, as the game won’t be up for preorder after the release. If these cosmetics are something you want to get your hands on, act fast.
