The material Gelatinous Mass will be an item you will need to craft the Drakeslayer’s Bracelets in Final Fantasy 16. It will be the last item required to craft the item. You must defeat one of the Notorious Marks from the Hunt Board to obtain this item.
In Final Fantasy 16, upgrade all your weapons when you can because it will prove helpful in your quest. These weapons or accessories can increase your stats or assist you in combat. This guide will detail how to get Gelatinous Mass in Final Fantasy 16.
Final Fantasy 16 – How do you get Gelatinous Mass?
You will come across various crafting materials in your adventures in Valisthea. Gelatinous Mass is a crafting material you can obtain when you defeat the Flan Prince in Final Fantasy 16.
The Flan Prince, Muddy Murder is a Notorious Mark Rank A, Level 38, you can find on the Hunt Board by the Moogle, Nektar. It is located in The Imperial Province of Rosaria. However, you must first complete the Capital Punishment main story quest before the Muddy Murder hunt is unlocked.
You must go far north of the Hawk’s Cry Cliff to find the Flan Prince. There are two ways in which you can reach this area. First, you can Fast Travel to Hawk’s Cry Cliff and run north to its location. Additionally, you can Fast Travel to The Auldhyl Docks and go to Hawk’s Cry Cliff from that location.
Once you defeat the Flan Prince, you will receive the following rewards:
- 1x Gelatinous Mass
- 95 Ability Points
- 5,200 EXP
You will also receive 12,000 Gil from the Hunt Board in Cid’s Hideaway and 30 Renown.
How to use Gelatinous Mass in Final Fantasy 16
The Gelatinous Mass is a craft material to craft the Drakeslayer’s Bracelets. You will obtain the Drakeslayer’s Bracelets and Drakeslayer’s Belt design draft once you complete the Blacksmith’s Blues side quest in Final Fantasy 16.
Once you have obtained the Gelatinous Mass, you can craft the Drakeslayer’s Bracelets with the following items:
- 1x Dragon Talons
- 1x Gelatinous Mass
- 20x Briar Clam Shell
- 1x Scarletite
The Drakeslayer’s Bracelets will have the following stats: 23 HP and 74 Defence.
