How can I get Stormcry in Final Fantasy 16?
To get Stormcry, you must get a Wind Shard and visit The Black Hammer, the game’s blacksmith, in The Hideaway. Talk to Blackthrone and select the “Use the Forge” option. Then, you can craft Stormcry by going to the Craft section.
The Wind Shard can not be picked up as common loot, as it is a pretty valuable item. To get it, you need to progress through the main story and reach Chapter 14. The item will be given to you as a reward for defeating Garuda, a boss you will encounter at the end of Chapter 14.
