There have been plenty of chapters and seasons within Fortnite, and throughout the years, it has amounted to some rare items that may not return. Midas’ Drum Gun is one of the old items that have returned in the new Fortnite season, and this guide will explain where and how to obtain it.
How to find the Midas’ Drum Gun in Fortnite Season 4
There are various ways to obtain weapons in Fortnite. Looting houses, buildings, and, of course, vending machines. However, Midas’ Drum Gun cannot be found through regular sources. Instead, you will have to explore one of the new locations to obtain it.
You can find Midas’ Drum Gun within the depths of Throne’s properties. The powerful Mythic weapon can be found within one of Kado Thorne’s three properties: Sanguine Suites, Relentless Retreat, and Eclipsed Estate.
Within these properties will find a special vault where you can find the Midas’ Drum Gun. Once you are in the location, you must go to the basement within the residence. You will find a Boss you must defeat to obtain a vault card. With this vault card, you can open the special vault.
Once you’re in the vault, you will see three Mythic items. However, you can only steal one of them. Once you choose the item you want, you will have to defend yourself against guards who will try to stop you from leaving the vault.
Note: The Mythic items appearing within the special vault will be RNG. As a result, you may not always find the Midas’ Drum Gun. If the gun doesn’t spawn in the vault, you can pick another vault and try your luck there.
The Mythic Drum Gun is not a new weapon to the world of Fortnite Season 4. The Gun has been re-added to the files and thus unvaulted. In Season 4, the Midas’ Drum Gun has resurfaced with a new model with some slight tweaking. The new model reduced damage to 24 and fire rate to 8.5.
