How long does it take to unlock Prized Llama back bling in Fortnite?
Unlocking the Prized Llama back bling in Fortnite Season 4 is quite easy. The new cosmetic item can be unlocked by earning Survivor Medals, a new feature. Once you unlock a Common 1 medal, the free back bling will be added to your locker.
You can unlock the first medal by simply staying alive long enough with at least one elimination. However, upgrading it to a higher rarity takes a lot of skill. The Prized Llama back bling comes in seven different styles, from Common (gray) to Mythic (gold). To upgrade it, you will have to complete special Survivor Quests.
Survivor Medals are only available in Battle Royale and Zero Build modes. You will receive special quests that require you to stay alive while getting a certain number of eliminations. Once you complete these quests, you will upgrade your medal and the back bling rarity.
It’s important to note that quests get progressively harder. Due to this, reaching the Mythic rarity is reserved for expert survivors.
In total, there are seven medal rarities and 10 medal upgrades per rarity. For example, you will earn a Common 10 medal right away and go all the way to Common 1. After that, you will be upgraded to an Uncommon 10 (green) medal and will earn a new style for the Prized Llama back bling once you reach Uncommon 1.
