What are the Fortnite Chapter 3 vaulted weapons?

Each new season of Fortnite changes up the loot pool, and Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1 is no exception, introducing new tools of destruction and turning older loadout mainstays into Fortnite Chapter 3 vaulted weapons. 

In Fortnite Chapter 3 what weapons have been vaulted?

Every weapon in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 has been replaced with a new equivalent weapon, so by that standard all of the old ones are vaulted weapons. We’re learning to love the new weapons, but we’d be lying if we said that we didn’t miss our trusty gold Assault Rifle and our precious Pump Shotgun. 

What are the new weapons in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1?

These are the new Fortnite Chapter 3 weapons that Epic Games have added to replace our precious Fortnite Chapter 3 vaulted weapons in the new metagame:

Ranger Assault Rifle

The new Assault Rifle is designed for medium to long-range fights. It can also work in a pinch at close range, if you’re desperate and accurate. 

MK-7 Assault Rifle

The MK-7 Assault Rifle is a bit weird. When you look down the sights you’ll go into a first-person camera and aim with a red-dot scope, which makes it more like using a gun in something like Apex Legends. If you can deal with the kickback from it’s shots, it can be very useful.

Striker Pump Shotgun

This new Pump Shotgun can do high burst damage if you’re accurate enough with it, but then takes forever to reload.

Auto Shotgun

The Auto Shotgun is a close range weapon that fires and reloads quickly. It’s damage is lower than the Striker Pump Shotgun, but we generally prefer to use this one.

Sidearm Pistol

This is the new pistol for Chapter 3, Season 1. Aim for the head with it for maximum damage.

Stinger SMG

Use this when foes are close to you. It’s good at taking out opponents or their builds in equal measure. 

Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle

The Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle fires three shots before you need to reload it. While it does a lot of damage and can be brutal in the right hands, it does take a while to reload.
