Max Mittelman, one of the more popular voice actors from the United States is doing the English voice-over for one of the new Genshin Impact banners, Arataki Itto.

Who is Max Mittelman?

Max Mittelman has made quite the reputation for himself in the voice acting scene. He has played parts for  One Punch Man, playing the role of Saitama throughout the series in recent years. Also, he has played voices for a variety of other games, including Persona, Legends of Runeterra, World of Warcraft, and his most recent reveal, Genshin Impact.

In the most recent Genshin Impact 2.3 reveal stream, Max Mittelman made a guest appearance on the show. We got the opportunity to listen to him to talk about his character in more detail, along with going through the abilities that you can expect from Arataki Itto.

In terms of the character’s role, Irataki Itto is a gang leader of the Arataki gang. The character also has horns, so he is clearly a demon. All in all, it’s interesting we get to see him play a demon character, which is infused with geo magic. It is certainly a different experience for Max Mittelman anyway.

If you want to catch a sneak peek at the sort of role Max Mittelman plays in Genshin Impact, MiHoYo released a trailer of the upcoming content. You can fin Arataki Itto in the trailer, escaping custody using some vanishing magic from law enforcement, among other things.

If you’re interested, you can watch the trailer here, along with a bigger read up of the new banners coming in 2.3.
