Your friend village merchant has plenty of requests for you to complete in the Resident Evil 4 Remake. Each of these requests will get your rewards if you decide to complete them, making them worthwhile for those those who want to venture outside the parameters of the story. Pretty early in the game, you will get tasked with destroying the twin headstones outside the church. A simple request should you know where to look. Here is how you complete the Grave Robber request in Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Where to find the tombstone emblems in Resident Evil 4 Remake
The Grave Robber request is just one of the many requests that the merchant will give you throughout the game. Previously, you may have found the request to destroy all the Blue Medallions around the farm. During chapter 3, you will make your way to the church only to find that it is locked. Unable to get inside, head behind the church and you will find a blue request note hanging on the tool shed.
Interact with the note to accept the request. Your instructions are simple; destroy the twin tombstone markers in the graveyard. After accepting the request, head back to the graveyard you walked through to reach the church. The tombstones have circular symbols in the tops of them. While some of these symbols match, only one set of them are needed for the Grave Robber request.

Locate the tombstones in the image above. They are located in the front of the cemetery beneath the dead tree. You can shoot the symbols out of the tombstones but we recommend knifing them to conserve ammo since it is still early in the game. If you choose, you can complete this request later when you come back through the cemetery after rescuing Ashley. This way you won’t need to backtrack. You can turn the request in next time you see the merchant. He makes an appearance be the lake before you battle the Del Lago boss. You can also take advantage of the shooting range in this area before heading out.
