How to solve the Kisinona Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Kisinona Shrine is known as the Wind Power Shrine. As such, you will be using wind power to complete it. When you walk in, you will see a large room with a big wheel and some windmills. There are two Zonai fan devices to the right.
Start by taking one of the fans and use Ultrahand to move it to the left side of the room. Here, you will see a platform with a chest on it. Lay the fan down and use your paraglider to ride the updraft to the chest.
After getting the chest, go back to the center of the room where the large wheel is. The goal is to get all of the windmills spinning. To do this, pick up the fans with the Ultrahand and attach them to opposite sides of the wheel facing opposite directions.
Activate the fans to make the wheel spin using a stream of wind. Once all of the windmills are spinning, the door will open and you can go grab your Light of Blessing.
There are plenty more shrines to solve throughout Hyrule such as the Sinakawak Shrine and the Ihen-a Shrine.
