Diablo 4 offers plenty of dungeons to explore, but many players are currently confused about how to get out of them. This is because the game does not provide any instructions on how to do it. If you’re one of them, don’t worry, as this guide is going to explain how to exit dungeons in Diablo 4.

How do I exit dungeons in Diablo 4?

‘Leave Dungeon’ Option

To get out of dungeons in Diablo 4, you can follow three methods. The quickest way to exit them is by using the Action Wheel. To open it, press the E key on your keyboard and scroll through the options until you find Leave Dungeon. Select it, and your character will be immediately taken to the outside world. Make sure you’ve collected all the loot before exiting.

While the above-mentioned method is the best way to exit dungeons, there are two more methods that you can use. These can be useful when the Action Wheel isn’t popping up due to a bug or some other issue.

Go back to Dungeon Entrance

The second method requires you to travel all the way back to the entrance of the dungeon. Once there, you need to interact with the entrance to get out. Or, you can simply open the map, which can be done by pressing the M key, and left-click on the dungeon’s entrance. This will provide you with an option to Leave the dungeon.

Town Portal Teleport

The Town Portal in Diablo 4 is a great way to leave dungeons. The best element to portals is that you can reuse them to the original spot you was in previously.

As you can see, exiting dungeons in Diablo 4 is a pretty straightforward task, but it can get confusing if you don’t know what to do. After you’re done with fighting bosses like the Butcher in the dungeons and have gathered all the loot, you should simply use the Action Wheel to exit them. The other two methods shouldn’t be used as they are more time-consuming, considering you can’t use a mount to go all the way back to the entrance.
