Follow this guide to fix error code 397000 in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 – How do you fix error code 397000? 

The 397000 error code is when the lobby server is currently not available. This will happen when you try launching the Diablo 4 game, and it will inform you to check the version of your game. This will occur when you download a new version of a game that is incompatible with your version.

How to update to fix error code 397000 in Diablo 4

  1. Close the Diablo 4 game and the launcher. 
  2. After this, open your Battlenet account and click on the Blue gear icon that says Check for Update.
  3. You may also have an update notification that you may have missed. 
  4. Update the Diablo 4 game.
  5. Relaunch Diablo 4 and the Battlenet launcher and log in.

Usually, Battlenet will automatically update your game to the latest version of the game. So if you’re receiving the error code 397000, try this option first.

How to change Nvidi PhysX Configuration to fix error code 397000 in Diablo 4

If the above solution does not work, try changing your graphics driver configuration. 

  1. Launch the Nvidia control panel.
