• Troubleshoot network device – It may be that you need to update network drivers, which is causing you to have connection issues.
• Restart your internet connection – Because this code is a network disconnect error, your best bet is to restart your router and modem. 
• Disable Firewall – It could be that your firewall and antivirus software could be blocking the game from connecting to the server. To fix the error code 401003, disable your firewall or allow permissions.
• Contact your ISP – If you still have connection issues, there may be some problems with your internet service provider. Contact them for further assistance regarding your wiring.
