How does multiplayer work in Lords of the Fallen? How do you invite friends or play against players in PvP? Lords of the Fallen allows you to do all of this if you know how it all works. Luckily, you don’t need to collect items for it.

Lords of the Fallen allows you to play co-op with friends and take down the game’s many different bosses. Whether you are the host or an ally, you and a friend can explore the realms of Axiom and Umbral together. Just be wary of invasion.

Can you and a friend take down Adyr? Make sure you know how to unlock boss weapons so you can get stronger. It also doesn’t hurt to upgrade your Umbral Lantern or become an expert with the Soulflay mechanic. This guide will show you how to invite friends and play multiplayer in Lords of the Fallen.

Lords of the Fallen multiplayer – How to play co-op

To start your multiplayer journey in Lords of the Fallen, you must interact with a Vestige. These are the Lords of the Fallen version of Dark Souls’ bonfires. Interacting with a Vestige, allows you to Rest, warp, level up, and join multiplayer games.

Lords of the Fallen co-op can be accessed by selecting the multiplayer option at a Vestige. From there, you can choose Beckon Lampbearer to summon an ally, Beckon Friend to invite a friend, or Accompany Lampbearer to join a random world.

The multiplayer gameplay in Lords of the Fallen is fairly seamless and allows you to join an ally or have an ally join you at any Vestige from the multiplayer menu. Multiplayer is very useful when dealing with new game plus and more difficult enemies. Those on PC are able to play online with those on Xbox and PlayStation but PlayStation players cannot connect with those on Xbox consoles and vice-versa.

How to invade in Lords of the Fallen

Invasions work in a similar way to co-op. To invade in Lords of the Fallen, go to a Vestige. From there, select the multiplayer option. In the new menu, select the Slaughter Lampbearer option. This will allow you to invade another world.

Invasions can happen cross-platform as well just like the co-op multiplayer. You will be notified when an invader enters your world and interrupts your adventure. Get ready for combat since many players have already gotten the chance to try the game out.
