Update: It appears that Lost Ark is delayed. The servers will remain down as Amazon work on figuring out the issue and making sure the servers go live as intended. Keep an eye on social media for updates.
Lost Ark’s early access launch has been rather amazing for an MMORPG first week experience. Normally, some servers get destroyed with queues, constantly going offline and other massive lagging situations. However, that has not happened as much as people have expected. Some servers have had large ques like Zinnervale and the unofficial language servers, while others have had Lost Ark maintenance like Galatar.
Although, the time has come for scheduled Lost Ark maintenance on all western realms. Amazon Games has announced that the Lost Ark scheduled maintenance will occur at 5 AM PT for four hours. Therefore, don’t panic if you find that Lost Ark is down around that time.
When the Lost Ark Downtime kicks off, the servers will go offline for four hours. The maintenance will deploy one of the first hotfixes of the game. The bugs getting addressed include fixing area chat bugs, Welcome Challenge fusion material reward increases, Mari’s Secret Store displaying correct server time information. There are also some bug fixes for the voice chat UI, loot issues, and incorrect VO lines.
It is also worth mentioning that the Lost Ark server maintenance last four hours. It goes down at 5 AM PT, which translates to 1 PT GMT and 2 PM CET. It is also worth mentioning that the Lost Ark server maintenance will last until the free-to-play launch goes live.
Please note: Once the Lost Ark server maintenance is over, the Founder’s Packs will no longer be on sale. So, if you want to finally gab one of the Northern Lord skins for your class or one of the Platinum exclusive advanced class skins or the Cerberus mount, then you only have a few hours left to decide.
