Shooting in NBA 2K24 is vital. If your team or your player does not have good three-point shooting, your offense will struggle. It’s become a vital part of life in the NBA, and if a player doesn’t have it, their ability to keep a job becomes a little more challenging. That’s true in 2K, too.

If you’re picking a player to play with, a team to try out, or looking for good players to add to MyTEAM, the three-point attribute is key. Here are the 10 best deep shooters in the latest release from 2K Sports.

Who are the best shooters in NBA 2K24?

All ratings were found ahead of the September release date. Honorable mentions include LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, Nikola Jokic, Seth Curry, Duncan Robinson, and others.

  1. Kevin Durant – 87 3PT
  2.  Luka Doncic – 87 3PT
  3.  Donovan Mitchell – 88 3PT
  4.  Desmond Bane – 88 3PT
  5.  Damian Lillard – 89 3PT
  6.  Malcolm Brogdon – 89 3PT
  7.  Buddy Hield – 91 3PT
  8.  Luke Kennard – 92 3PT
  9.  Klay Thompson – 93 3PT
  10.  Stephen Curry – 99 3PT

10) Kevin Durant – 87 3PT

The Phoenix Suns have a few good shooters, like Devin Booker and Bradley Beal. It’s the tall forward Kevin Durant that boasts the best rating on the roster, though. He can dribble, defend, and rebound, but it’s his three-point shooting that still stands out and makes him one of the ten best shooters in the game.

9) Luka Doncic – 87 3PT

Luka Doncic can truly do it all. He’s a great passer and rebounder who can also score at will from all three levels of the floor. Leaving the Dallas Mavericks superstar open from deep is just asking for trouble and it’s a big reason he scores so many points every night.

8) Donovan Mitchell – 88 3PT

Donovan Mitchell has a very all-around game and can score from all three levels. His deeper shooting might get overlooked, but it is yet another strength in his game. The Cleveland Cavaliers star doesn’t have the range that others do, but he will knock anything down from the three-point line.

7) Desmond Bane – 88 3PT

The Memphis Grizzlies made sure to extend and lock Desmond Bane up for the foreseeable future. He was an excellent shooter at that time and has only gotten better. The young forward can knock down shots from anywhere around the arc, and he’s dangerous for opposing defenses thanks to this lethal three-point rating.

6) Damian Lillard – 89 3PT

Damian Lillard is one of the best point guards in the game, but his three-point shooting is rivaled by very few. Other players get more credit, but Lillard consistently shoots as well as any of them. He also has a deeper range than others and has been known as Logo Lillard due to his ability to hit shots from as deep as halfcourt.

5) Malcolm Brogdon – 89 3PT

Malcolm Brogdon is an underrated shooter. Most NBA fans wouldn’t consider him on the same level as Durant, Lillard, and others, but he’s at or above their level according to NBA 2K24. The Boston Celtics guard will be able to knock down shots with ease this season.

4) Buddy Hield – 91 3PT

Buddy Hield lives in the shadow of other three-point snipers, but he is easily one of the best. He has some records that no other shooter has earned, which cements his status as one of the best deep threats in the game today. The Indiana Pacers forward is always a threat to score from anywhere on the floor.

3) Luke Kennard – 92 3PT

The Memphis Grizzlies have loaded up on shooters, with Luke Kennard being the best one they employ. Kennard doesn’t do a lot of other things particularly well, which is why he has bounced around the league a little bit. Nevertheless, elite shooting is always welcome on a team, and he will continue to find opportunities because of it.

2) Klay Thompson – 93 3PT

The first half of the Splash Brother duo for the Golden State Warriors has seen a lot of his athleticism go thanks to age and injury. A torn Achilles and other debilitating injuries have left him a fraction of the player he used to be, but he’s still a great player. Furthermore, the injuries could not sap his shooting ability, which is second to almost no one in 2K24.

1) Stephen Curry – 99 3PT

Steph Curry is the best shooter of all time, so it’s no surprise that the point guard’s three-point shot rating comes in higher than anyone else’s in 2K24 by a wide margin. He’s a 96 OVR player, and the 3PT rating is a big reason for that. Until he retires, he’ll likely lead the game in this attribute every year.
