How to assign ship weapons in Starfield

If you want to assign ship weapons in Starfield, follow these steps:

1. Access the shipbuilding menu
2. Open the flight check (Press the Start button on Xbox Series X/S or the C key on PC)
3. Switch over to the weapons menu (LB & RB on Xbox or Q and T keys on PC to switch tabs)
4. Select a weapon group (I.E. W0, W1, or W1)
5. Assign a weapon to the group

The menu in the image above is the weapon assignment menu. If you don’t have a weapon assigned to a group, you will get a message that reads “unassigned weapon.” The unassigned weapons error can be resolved by assigning weapons to your ship.
