How can I get Adhesive in Starfield?
The best way to get Adhesive in Starfield is by buying it from vendors. Alternatively, you can also grow plants and harvest Adhesives from them or pick them up as loot. However, if you want to get tons of it quickly, you’ll need to spend credits.
To buy Adhesive in Starfield, you will need to visit vendors that can be found in almost every city. For instance, you can purchase it from Jae Montreal in New Homestead, Wen Tseng at the UC Distribution Center, and Amoli Bava in New Atlantis. Other than these, almost every vendor will have them in stock, so you won’t have trouble finding the resource.
Each unit of Adhesive will cost you 12 Credits, which is pretty cheap and almost half the cost of the Adaptive Frame, which is also required for building outposts. Therefore, you don’t need to be extremely rich to buy tons of them.
However, do note that every vendor will have a limited stock. Therefore, you can either wait for some hours to return to the same vendor or visit another one after they run out of stock. After creating an outpost, build a Greenhouse and plant the Sweetwater Cacti. This plant will drop Adhesive once fully grown. However, make sure you’ve invested at least one skill point in the Botany skill, as you won’t be able to plant anything before that.
The final way to get Adhesive involves looting it off of dead bodies and searching for it inside containers. However, this is an efficient way, and you won’t be able to get a lot of Adhesive through it.
