Yes. Starfield will for sure be on Xbox Series X/S when it launches in September. You can visit the official Microsoft store page for the game to get more information about it and pre-order it now. Both versions of the Xbox Series console will support Starfield.
Since Bethesda is owned by Microsoft, it has been known for some time now that the game would be an Xbox console exclusive. Bethesda stated as much during the Starfield Direct. The game will even be on Game Pass at launch. You may even be able to play the game on Xbox One as well.
