V Rising Merciless Nightstalker

V Rising has quite a lot of armor sets to unlock, and one of these is the Merciless Nightstalker armor. In fact, this is one of the first blue armor sets you can get in-game, and are great sources of gear core, for those taking on V enemies in the 30 bracket. Here is everything you need to know about the Merciless Nightstalker.

How to get Merciless Stalker gear in V Rising

The first thing you need to know about acquiring this gear set is it is through book drops and random research on a research table. As you venture into areas like the Bandit Armory, Bandit Logging Camp, Bandit Copper Mine, etc, you can get chests. These chests have a chance to drop books, which grant a variety of research unlocks. Some of these books include the Merciless Stalker items.

You will have to play quite a bit before you can unlock all the Merciless Nightstalker items unlocked as there is a fair bit of RNG involved. Once you unlock an item, you can then craft it at a crafting table. You will need to have the Nightstalker item on you to then turn it into a merciless item.

To create a merciless item, head over to the simple workbench and have the previous tier item on you. You also need three coarse threads, six copper ingots and three leather. These are the same requirements for each item in the set.

Merciless weapons in V Rising

In addition, you can get your hands on Merciless weapons in V Rising too. You unlock them using the same method as above. Instead, you need a copper weapon, along with some spare gems such as two Crude Ruby, Sapphire or Topaz, six whetstones and three leather. This helps to bring your gear score up to 40.
