Avid 7DS Grand Cross player? Then you will be pleased to note the new patch incoming that makes several key changes to the game based on the hugely popular anime. Let’s have a look at what the 1/24 update brings. We will pick out some of the highlights here
7DS Maintenence – Is 7DS down?
Seven Deadly Sins is due to be down for two hours between 9.30 PM and 11.30 PM PST but this time is subject to change, in length at least. The devs are strongly suggesting you close the game before the maintenance period starts to protect your game data, so don’t leave it running in the background or risk losing your progress.

System Updates
Improved Equipment Salvage
– You can now select more than 12 pieces of equipment at once for equipment salvage.
Increased Enhance Stone Slot
– The maximum number of enhance stones per single inventory slot has increased from 99 to 999.
Improved Skill Preview
– Ultimate move animation will not skip automatically in skill preview, regardless of your skip animation setting.
Improved Display of Affection Rewards
– Your next affection reward will be displayed in the middle of the screen when you enter the [Affection] page through [Heroes].
Improved Hero Skill Info
– You can now browse all of the skills for the selected hero in the same pop-up.
New Events
1. Tap the [New Year Festival 2022] banner in either [Tavern] or [World]
2. Tap [Operation: Scraps Sweeper] to enter and press [Start]
Scrap Baskets
1. Use 1 ‘scraps basket’ to enter.
2. Scraps baskets are used one basket at a time, and replenish slowly over time, up to a limit of 10 baskets stored at once.
3. Scrap rewards reset daily at 11:00 PM PST and they can be acquired once a day during the event period.
Types of Scraps
1. There are five types of scraps.
2. Four types of scraps are chosen at random at the start of each game.
3. Connect at least three of the same type of scraps.
4. Match as many scraps as possible within the time limit.
Freshness of Scraps
1. Scrap freshness is determined each game.
2. Freshness ranges from ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
3. Get point boosts based on freshness when matching scraps.
Buff
1. A buff appears after a certain number of matches.
2. Tap the buff to activate a special effect.
3. Use buffs to set high scores.
4. Watch out for obstacles!
