Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Details

While we don’t know too much about Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, we do have a trailer to work with. The teaser seems to show the main character, also called ‘V,’ working with a new version of the US government.

The trailer’s description on Youtube says that the new DLC story will be a spy-thriller. V may be working as a spy for the US government, which is what the opening dialogue alludes to.

Beyond that, there are limited details to go by. According to the game director, the new expansion will expand on certain sections of Night City. We also know that this expansion is going to be on current-gen systems only, so there is no availability on PS4 or Xbox One.

Of course, the most exciting part of the reveal for many was confirmation that Keanu Reeves would play a role in the new content. Previously, he provided the face and voice for Johnny Silverhand, a famous freedom fighter in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe who got stuck inside the main character’s head…somehow.

According to the actor, we’ll see Johnny rocking out again soon.
