Fortnite is a battle royale game that features many different weapons that players can find along their way to outlive all the other players on the map. Weapons like guns and neat things like hammers and different shields can be found lying around or stuffed away in the chest during matches, and players will have to seek out better weapons to succeed in the round.

Sometimes certain weapons get switched out for others and leave the game, which sometimes fans dislike because they might remove one of their favorite weapons. This can especially happen when different seasons begin and end.

However, it seems a fan-favorite weapon should be returning after a Fortnite leaker’s tweet.

The beloved Grapple Glove should be returning

The Grapple Glove is beloved by many fans, and after a leaker shared insight saying it might return, fans become very excited. This weapon allows players to use it as a device to climb to other areas of the map quickly, using chains to swing from the glove, and it will make sure you land on your feet. The weapon allows for 30 shots, meaning it can be used that many times. It also won’t give players even fall damage.

Below is the leaker’s tweet saying that this weapon should be returning.

The weapon is a cool-looking thing, having a hand on the end of it with a cool arrow-looking hook thing. Players in the comments got excited at the thought of this weapon returning, expressing how it would be interesting to see it return. One user commented, “I can finally be Spiderman again.”

Other players put comments out there expressing how they’d like to see the weapon buffed up a bit more after the community waited so long for it to return. So far, Epic hasn’t announced for sure that this weapon is coming back in any sense, but hopefully, we will see it in Fortnite again soon, along with all the other weapons.
